Greeks ("we", "us", "our") operates the options analytics platform at greeks.pro. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

We do not collect your trading activity, portfolio data, brokerage account information, or any financial data beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following third-party service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure (data stored in their cloud)
• Stripe — payment processing (they store payment card data; we do not)
• Fly.io — application hosting (servers that run the Service)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion request
• API request logs: Retained for 30 days for security and debugging purposes
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations
• Anonymized analytics: May be retained indefinitely in aggregated form

6. Cookies and Tracking

Greeks does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts (e.g., Google Analytics). We do not use advertising pixels or retargeting technologies.

We use localStorage in your browser to store your session (API key, plan, email) to keep you logged in. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to any third party.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
• Passwords hashed using bcrypt via Supabase Auth
• API keys stored as hashed values; plain-text keys shown only once at creation
• No payment card data stored on our servers

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we commit to notifying affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will also send an email notification to registered users.
