How is billing handled?

Billing is managed securely via Stripe. You can update payment methods, cancel, or change plans anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible in Settings).

What happens when I hit a quota?

Rate limits (per-minute) return a 429 with a Retry-After header. Daily quotas and symbol limits return a 403. Quotas reset at midnight UTC. Upgrading instantly increases your limits.

What tickers are supported?

Any US stock or ETF — AAPL, TSLA, SPY, QQQ, NDAQ, AMZN, GOOGL, and thousands more.

Is WebSocket included in all plans?

No — WebSocket streaming is available on Pro (5 streams) and Institutional (50 streams) plans only. Free and Trader plans have REST-only access.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from the Stripe Portal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period, then reverts to the Free plan automatically.
